This is our most comprehensive service offering, which is facilitated through a monthly retainer. This monthly retainer requires that we either provide full support to your designated, regulatory vetted compliance officer as external compliance, or one of our consultants is engaged as your internal compliance officer pending their successful vetting by the regulator. The monthly retainer includes licensing, framework implementation, training and ongoing compliance monitoring.
The compliance external ongoing support areas do not necessarily have to cover all areas of compliance but can be restricted to areas like know your customer or customer due diligence support, instead of holistic external compliance support. This will allow external compliance to focus on areas that have deemed as high risk to the business.
